What we process
Your name, email, securely derived password hash, essential session records, monthly prompt usage, subscription status and Stripe customer identifiers. Hosting providers may also process technical security data.
What we do not save
Promts22 does not currently save the text of your project idea or generated prompt. Payment-card details are entered on Stripe and are not stored by Promts22.
Why we use data
To provide your account and plan, enforce usage limits, keep the service secure, support billing and meet legal obligations. These purposes rely on contract, legitimate interests or legal obligation as appropriate.
Who helps us
Stripe handles subscriptions, while our hosting infrastructure stores account records and delivers and protects the app. Providers may process data under their own safeguards and notices.
Retention and choices
We keep account, security and billing records only as long as needed for the service and applicable obligations. You can ask to access, correct or delete eligible personal data.
